Our Digital Prize Wheel Hire 🎡 — also known as the digital wheel of fortune or branded spin to win game — delivers the same crowd-pulling spin-to-win mechanic as the classic prize wheel, but with an LED-illuminated digital twist. It sits in our prize-and-reveal range alongside the original Prize Wheel, the Safe Cracker and the Prize Crane. It’s purpose-built for exhibition stands, trade shows, product launches, brand activations and corporate events across Dublin and Ireland.

How it works: the wheel has two buttons that start and stop the spin — a handheld trigger on a black cable, or a button mounted on the front of the wheel. Press either button to start the 20-segment LED ring spinning, then press again to stop. A built-in randomised delay on the stop prevents anyone from timing their press to land on a specific segment — every spin stays genuinely random and fair. The central display screen shows the winning segment number as the LEDs slow and settle. No learning curve, no briefing required — guests see the spinning LEDs and instantly understand what to do. The wheel handles around 90 spins per hour at full throughput once you factor in stepping each player up, the spin itself and handing over the prize or voucher.

What separates the Digital Prize Wheel from the physical version — and what makes it the choice for brands wanting a modern, eye-catching activation — is the LED ring. Where the traditional Prize Wheel uses mechanical pegs and a free-spinning rim, this version uses 60 individually-controlled LEDs in 20 segments around the wheel, creating a dynamic light show on every spin. The central screen displays the winning segment number, and the whole effect reads from across a busy event floor.

Branding is available as an optional paid add-on — see the options below. The Digital Prize Wheel has 7 brandable panels across the wheel unit and its table base, with custom-cut printed overlays that wrap every visible surface in your artwork. The 1m × 0.6m footprint and 2m height fit a standard exhibition stand allocation, and the whole unit runs from a single mains socket. The Digital Prize Wheel sits comfortably alongside the rest of our interactive games range for events building a full activation lineup.

The starting point — 3 themes included as standard

The standard digital prize wheel has 3 wheel face overlay panels available to choose from at no additional cost — carnival theme, casino theme and a wheel of fortune style game show theme. Pictured here is a Howden Insurance custom wrap to show how the 7-panel branding sits on top of the wheel. The 20-segment LED ring and central display screen stay live underneath your overlay.

All branding is produced entirely in-house by Entertainment Solutions on our own wide-format digital printers. We supply a keyline template for each of the 7 brandable panels, your design team supplies print-ready artwork, and we print, fit and remove the custom-cut overlays post-event. Lead time is 2 weeks from artwork supplied. For brands wanting a complete activation, we can also provide brand ambassador staffing, on-site event management, backdrops, LED light box tension fabric displays and floor decals — one supplier, full activation delivered. 🚚 Delivery, Setup & Collection — Quoted Per Event

Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.
