Time Crisis Arcade Machine Hire in Ireland

Time Crisis is the original arcade light-gun shooter from Namco — a fast, addictive two-player game that draws crowds at any event. The cabinet ships with two replica light-gun controllers and the iconic foot-pedal cover system. Players step on the pedal to pop out from cover, shoot the enemies on screen, and release to drop back to safety. People who’ve never played an arcade game in their life pick it up in 30 seconds.

We’ve been hiring out Time Crisis cabinets to corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions and trade show stands across Ireland since 2009. The cabinet is fully PAT-tested annually, insured to €6.5M, and arrives delivered, set up and tested by our team from our Dublin warehouse.

Great for: corporate fun days · brand activations targeting a 25–45 audience · corporate Christmas parties · trade show stands · exhibition activations · charity fundraisers · agency-led marketing campaigns

Gameplay & history

Time Crisis launched in arcades in 1995 and defined the cover-based light-gun shooter genre. The original Guncon controller — a light gun with buttons that mimicked the feel of a real firearm — combined with the foot-pedal cover system made every play feel kinetic and high-stakes. Sequels followed (Time Crisis 2, 3, 4) but the original cabinet remains the most recognisable and the easiest to pick up.
