Our Cornilleau 540M Crossover table tennis hire 🏓 delivers fast, head-to-head competitive gameplay for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and branded activations across Dublin and Ireland. Built for permanent outdoor use, the Crossover is one of very few hire tables on the market that’s genuinely weatherproof — it can sit in the rain, in direct sun, on grass or paved courtyards, and play exactly the same the next morning. It’s one of our games-room and table-sports picks alongside our air hockey, pool table and Atari Pong.

That weatherproof build is what makes the 540M Crossover the right choice for outdoor brand activations, summer staff days, marquee networking events and any corporate setup where the weather is unpredictable. The table is just as at home indoors — exhibition stands, conference breakouts, atriums, foyers, offices — so the same hire works for any venue.

Table tennis is the most instantly understood game in our range. Guests don’t need a brief, don’t need an attendant, don’t need a queue manager — they pick up a bat and start playing. Quick rallies, short matches and natural rotation between watchers and players make it ideal for busy event spaces where you want interaction happening throughout the day without bottlenecks. Throughput sits at around 20 to 30 player rotations per hour per table, depending on match length and rotation style.

The Cornilleau 540M is the commercial-grade version of the world’s best-known outdoor table tennis brand — 6mm resin laminate playing surface, heavy-duty steel frame, double anti-tilt wheels with brakes, integrated net and bat storage. Bats and balls are included with every hire. Multiple tables are available for tournament setups, large-scale activations and exhibition stands running side-by-side play.

Branding is an optional paid add-on — printed vinyl decals applied edge-to-edge across the full playing surface, produced entirely in-house by Entertainment Solutions and removed after the event with no lasting marks. The starting point — unbranded Cornilleau 540M

The standard unit ships with the classic blue Cornilleau playing surface, slim steel perimeter frame, integrated net and full bat-and-ball set — pictured here. Any of the branding options below add visible brand presence to this base unit at a fixed price.

All branding is produced entirely in-house at Entertainment Solutions — print, vinyl production, fit and post-event removal handled by our team, with no external print partners involved. Your design team supplies artwork using our keyline template, lead time is 2 weeks from artwork supplied, and the table returns to standard with no lasting marks. For brands wanting a complete activation we can also provide brand ambassador staffing, on-site event management, backdrops, tension fabric displays, floor decals and bespoke activation structures — one supplier, full activation delivered. We stock two Cornilleau 540M tables, so a head-to-head tournament setup is a single-quote booking. Two tables side-by-side doubles throughput to 40 to 60 rotations per hour — the format that works for competitive brackets running all day, staff sports days and larger exhibition activations.

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Collection — Quoted Per Event

Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.

Highly recommended! We were attending a big conference in Dublin and wanted to make sure our stand stood out - so we booked the basketball arcade.
