Our Stop the Clock Reaction Game Hire ⏱️ is the fastest way to pull a crowd to your exhibition stand. Players press to start the clock, then press again to stop it dead on a target time — a split-second reaction and timing challenge that takes seconds to learn and gets everyone queuing for another go. Built for exhibitions and trade shows, conferences, product launches and branded activations across Dublin and Ireland.

It works because it’s instant. There’s no learning curve and no instructions to read — walk up, press, react, and see your time on the LED display. Every result is ranked by how close it lands to the target, so the live leaderboard turns it into a “closest to the clock” competition that keeps visitors on your stand longer and gives your team a natural reason to start a conversation and capture a lead.

Your team runs it from a phone or tablet over the unit’s own Wi-Fi, with no venue internet needed: set the target time, switch on blind mode for a tougher round, run your own scrolling message across the display and enter player names against their times. Each name can carry an email address and phone number with a consent tick, and the whole board exports as a spreadsheet at the end of the show.

The RGB LED neon halo matches your brand colour, the LED display can be locked to a single colour to match, and the pedestal and screen surround can be fully branded with your logo and artwork — so the whole unit reads as yours from across the hall.

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Collection — Quoted Per Event

Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.
