Our Retro Arcade Machine Hire 🕹️ brings instant nostalgia and crowd-pulling energy to trade shows, corporate fun days, exhibitions and brand activations right across Dublin and Ireland. A commercial-grade arcade cabinet loaded with the games people grew up on is one of the surest ways to draw a queue to a stand, fill an office games room, or give staff something to gather around. It is a regular fixture in the arcade corner at a corporate Christmas party in Dublin. We’ve specialised in retro arcade hire for corporate and agency clients since 2009, and our arcade game hire service covers Dublin and every county in Ireland.

Every cabinet is a full-size, commercial-grade unit loaded with 3,000+ classic games — from Pac-Man, Street Fighter and Donkey Kong to Sonic, Space Invaders and beyond — browsable by category or A–Z, with custom game lists available on request. We keep 20+ cabinets in hire stock, including classic upright cabinets, Sega Rally and Sega OutRun stand-up driving cabinets, and virtual pinball machines, so you can match the line-up to your event and even build a full retro games room.

Branding is an optional paid add-on. Prices below are in addition to the game hire fee — choose a partial branding kit or a full custom wrap. All artwork is designed and produced in-house, and branding is a one-off cost (not per day).

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Collection — Quoted Per Event

Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.

Highly recommended! We were attending a big conference in Dublin and wanted to make sure our stand stood out - so we booked the basketball arcade. The team showed up on time, setup was quick, and everything was sorted. However, before we could get the game going, the venue decided that the basketballs were "too risky" and posed a health hazard.
