The player grips the rim, spins, and the wheel slows through the clicking pegs toward a winning segment. There’s no learning curve and no briefing required — guests see the wheel and immediately know what to do. Each spin is run by a member of your team or a brand ambassador, who steps the player up, calls the result and resets for the next person. On standard settings the wheel handles around 90 spins per hour, accounting for the realistic time it takes to step each player up, let the wheel come to rest and hand over the prize or voucher.

All branding is produced entirely in-house by Entertainment Solutions on our own wide-format digital printers. Our branding archive shows Prize Wheel units we have printed and wrapped. Your design team supplies print-ready artwork using our keyline template and we print, fit and remove it post-event with no lasting marks on the unit. Lead time is 2 weeks from artwork supplied. The panels are held on with just six button-cap fixings, so graphics can be swapped on site in a couple of minutes — useful for campaigns running across multiple events. We run the latest wide-format digital printers and produce the panels in-house, day in, day out, to our own keyline templates — so the finished wheel looks factory-fresh and fits perfectly first time.

The unit has a compact footprint of roughly 1m wide × 0.6m deep and stands 1.95m tall on its floor-standing column. Allow standing room at the front for the player to spin — total operational area works out around 1m × 1.6m. The unit fits through a standard single door (0.6m minimum width), and must be set up on a flat, level surface — the column is tall and the wheel needs to spin true. If you add the RGB neon halo, that increases the overall height by 80mm — worth checking against lower-ceilinged venues.
What are the power requirements?
The wheel itself needs no power at all — it’s purely mechanical, which makes it ideal for the centre of an exhibition stand or any location without a socket nearby. Can the Prize Wheel be used outdoors?
Indoor use, or covered outdoor in a fully enclosed commercial marquee — the marquee must be dry, level and fully weather-protected. The wheel itself is mechanical, but the branded panels and the optional RGB LED neon halo are not weatherproof, and the unit is not suitable for open-air setups or pop-up gazebos. For exposed outdoor activations, call us on 01 5166 550 and we can recommend alternatives from our range.
Does the game need to be supervised?
Yes — the Prize Wheel must be supervised at all times. Someone needs to step each player up, call the result and manage the prizes or vouchers. Your own team or brand ambassadors can run it after a briefing from us on setup day. Supervision is not included in the hire cost, but we can quote for trained staff if you’d like us to run it for you.
