Our Pick n Mix Stand Hire 🍭 delivers a high-impact, branded sweets station that draws a crowd, sweetens the room and turns every guest visit into a brand moment — purpose-built for exhibition stands, trade shows, corporate fun days, conferences and brand activations across Dublin and Ireland. Same stand, two sweet volumes — choose 20kg / 10 varieties for events under 150 guests, or 40kg / 19 varieties for 150-300 guests. Each hire arrives fully loaded plus all the bags, scoops, tongs and accessories your team needs to serve from minute one. Pair it with our Popcorn & Candy Floss Station for a full treats corner, or a crowd game like our Cyclone.

The stand sets up in around 30 minutes, runs in any indoor venue, requires no power and can be left fully self-serve or staffed by your brand ambassadors. Two standard themes are included at no additional cost — Blue or Red — and custom-branded wraps are available as a paid add-on to put your company artwork across every visible panel. For larger or multi-day activations the stand can be restocked through the event, and our team handles delivery, set-up and post-event collection end-to-end.

Sweets travel further than swag. Guests leave the stand with something tangible — and a custom-branded wrap or branded sweet bag puts your name in front of every recipient long after the event ends. Pair it with our Popcorn Machine, Candy Floss Machine or Chocolate Fountain to round out a full fun-food activation.

📅 Additional Days & Sweet Top-Ups — Flat-Fee Pricing

Pick n Mix is a consumable product, so multi-day pricing works differently to our other hires. Additional days are a flat equipment fee. Sweet top-ups (for either stand size) are charged at fixed pack rates — no per-day multiplier, no surprises.

Custom branding is a one-off flat fee — not charged per day. Additional days are €50/day flat.

Custom-printed branded stickers (approx 5-6cm) printed, laminated, cut and hand-applied to standard sweet bags by our in-house team. Volume pricing for different event sizes — pair with custom branding for a fully branded activation, or add to any hire.

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Collection — Quoted Per Event

Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.

Highly recommended! We were attending a big conference in Dublin and wanted to make sure our stand stood out - so we booked the basketball arcade. The team showed up on time, setup was quick, and everything was sorted. However, before we could get the game going, the venue decided that the basketballs were "too risky" and posed a health hazard.
