Our Magnetic Leaderboard Hire 🏆 delivers a bold, brandable score display that turns individual results into all-day competition. Inspired by the BBC’s Top Gear leaderboard, it’s purpose-built for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations and tournaments across Dublin and Ireland.

Two metres tall and 56cm wide, the leaderboard stands tall on any show floor with magnetic pull-off strips that make rearranging the standings effortless. No power, no installation — set up in under two minutes anywhere on site. Guests come back to beat the board, and your brand stays on display between plays.

Every panel can be custom-branded — single-sided, double-sided, or as a fully custom-cut shape — making it a campaign asset, not just a score display. All branding is produced entirely in-house by Entertainment Solutions on our own wide-format digital printers.

The standard 2m × 56cm leaderboard comes ready to use — pictured here. Any of the branding options below add visible brand presence to this base unit at a fixed price.

All branding is produced entirely in-house by Entertainment Solutions on our own wide-format digital printers. Your design team supplies print-ready artwork using our keyline template and we print, fit and remove it post-event with no lasting marks on the leaderboard. Lead time is 2 weeks from artwork supplied. You can see previous Magnetic Leaderboard branding we have printed in our branded work archive. For brands wanting a complete activation, we can also provide brand ambassador staffing, on-site event management, backdrops, tension fabric displays, floor decals and bespoke activation structures — one supplier, full activation delivered. Leaderboard Hire Rates — 1 to 7 Days

Simple linear pricing — add days as needed. All rates are for the leaderboard hire only; branding pricing is separate (see Branding & Activation Options above).

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Collection — Quoted Per Event

Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.

Whatever your event needs, you'll get one firm figure before you book — delivery, professional install, testing and collection in a single all-in number, shown as a clear line on your quote. No separate setup charge, no day-of surprises.
