Our Popcorn & Candy Floss Station Hire 🍿 brings fresh popcorn and freshly-spun candy floss to corporate events, conference foyers, trade shows and brand activations across Dublin and Ireland — served from a single self-contained station that houses up to 3 machines plus everything they need to run, all in one compact branded unit. It teams up well with our Pick n Mix Stand for a full treats corner, and with crowd-pullers like our Prize Wheel on a busy stand.

The station itself is a blue modular flightcase engineered specifically for corporate event service. Machines slot into purpose-built bays, accessory drawers hold cups, sticks, sugar and scoops, and power distribution is integrated into the case so a single 13amp feed runs the lot. The whole thing rolls in on built-in wheels, sets up in around 30 minutes, and reads as a professional branded feature on the floor — not a makeshift table-and-machine setup.

This is the key difference between this station and renting popcorn or candy floss machines separately. A loose machine on a covered table is fine for a school fair, but at a corporate exhibition or conference activation it looks improvised — and you spend the event chasing scattered cups, sugar bags and power cables. The flightcase keeps everything tucked behind clean panels, the operator (or your team) works from a built-in serving counter, and the unit stays tidy from setup to teardown.

The 1.2m wide × 0.8m deep × 1.4m high footprint fits any indoor venue at scale — hotel ballrooms, atrium lobbies, exhibition hall stands (well inside a standard 3m × 3m pitch), trade-show floors, conference foyers, university open days and indoor brand activations. Standard finish ships in plain blue case; for sponsor activations and themed corporate events, the front and side panels custom-wrap with your artwork (€495 +VAT for the full wrap on all three visible faces — the choice nearly every branded-event client makes).

Choose your tier by crowd size: 1 machine with 200 servings (€495), 2 machines with 300 servings (€595), or 3 machines with 400 servings (€695) — any mix of popcorn and candy floss, with additional servings at €1 each. Popcorn is premium cinema-grade, supplied in sealed 2kg cinema-style bags and kept warm and ready to serve in the machine under the heat light — the same standard cinemas use, with no hot oil in your venue, no mess and no smoke-alarm risk. Candy floss is spun to order at 60-80 servings per machine per hour. Want it fully staffed? Add an Entertainment Solutions operator from €180 +VAT for the first 3 hours (€70 +VAT per additional hour). Want it branded for a sponsor activation? Our Full Custom Wrap covers every visible panel at €495 +VAT, saving €105 versus picking panels individually — all branding produced entirely in-house.

The starting point — unbranded blue station

The standard unit ships in a clean plain-blue case finish — no lettering, no theming, just a tidy professional unit ready to drop into any venue. Any of the branding options below replace the standard blue panels with your artwork at a fixed price.

All branding is produced entirely in-house by Entertainment Solutions — print, vinyl production, fit and post-event removal handled by our team, with no external print partners involved. Your design team supplies artwork using our keyline template, lead time is 2 weeks from artwork supplied, and the station returns to standard with no lasting marks. For events with a sponsor-led activation, we can also brand the operator apron and supply branded snack packaging (popcorn boxes and candy floss bags) as giveaway swag — call 01 5166 550 to scope.

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Collection — Quoted Per Event

Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.
