Our Foosball Table Hire — also marketed as table football hire — delivers fast, instantly-understood gameplay that gets corporate guests interacting from the moment they walk past the table. It’s a flagship pick for exhibition stands, conference breakouts, brand activations, team-building days and Christmas parties across Dublin and Ireland. It pairs naturally with the rest of our games-room tables — our pool table, table tennis and air hockey.

How it works: two or four players grip the rods, twist and slide to control the 1-2-5-3 player formation, and aim to land the ball in the opposite goal. There’s no briefing required — foosball is the most-played bar and break-room game in the world, so guests pick it up and start competing in seconds. Each match runs in 5–10 minutes, and a single table comfortably runs 6–10 matches per hour across rotating guests once you factor in player swap-overs.

The unit we hire out is a commercial tournament-grade table with a tempered glass top covering the playfield. The glass keeps the ball securely in play, protects the playing surface from spills and makes the table viable for high-footfall corporate environments where you can’t risk balls flying off the table mid-conversation. It’s the same hardware specification used in pro foosball tournaments, packaged for event hire.

Branding is available as an optional paid add-on — see the options below. The foosball table has 4 brandable panels plus a custom-printed playfield (two side panels, two goal-end panels, and an optional printed pitch under the tempered glass), with custom-cut overlays that wrap each panel in your artwork. The 1.9m × 1.5m footprint with the rods out fits a standard exhibition stand allocation, and the table needs no power or technical setup. The starting point — unbranded foosball table

The standard unit arrives unbranded — plain side panels, plain goal ends and a clear tempered glass playfield cover, pictured here. The 1-2-5-3 player formation, chrome-plated rods and tournament-grade build are always live on the table; the branding options below add visible brand presence to the unit at a fixed price.

All branding is produced entirely in-house by Entertainment Solutions on our own wide-format digital printers. We supply a keyline template for each of the 4 panels and the playfield, your design team supplies print-ready artwork, and we print, fit and remove the custom-cut overlays post-event. Lead time is 2 weeks from artwork supplied. For brands wanting a complete activation, we can also provide brand ambassador staffing, on-site event management, backdrops, LED light box tension fabric displays and floor decals — one supplier, full activation delivered. Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.
