How do you play Digital Mega Wire?
The player picks up the handheld wand (a metal ring on a handle) and tries to guide it from one end of the 12-foot wire to the other without letting the ring touch the wire. The moment the ring touches the wire, the unit fires the audible buzzer and lights up the LED display with fail-state animation — depending on the lives setting, the round either continues or ends. The unit auto-detects the moment the wand lifts (game starts) and the moment the player clears the wire cleanly (game finishes), with the score and time logged automatically to the LED scoreboard.
What can the operator change on the unit?
The hard buttons on the unit let your brand ambassadors dial in game length, difficulty (ring tolerance) and number of lives per round. Change the rules between sessions to suit the audience — easier settings for a family-day crowd, tighter rules for a high-stakes corporate competition. Digital Mega Wire has two large vertical podium faces — the side guests approach from (front) and the side behind it (rear). Both are flat, fully customisable surfaces ready for pixel-perfect branded wraps. The wire course and LED scoreboard sit above the podium — those are the action elements guests focus on — while the podium face below carries your brand at eye level. The LED display and operator buttons are integrated into the unit and don’t interfere with the wrap area. Is the printing and fitting outsourced?

What artwork do you need from us?

Can our brand ambassadors operate the game themselves?
Yes. The hard-button operator panel is designed for non-technical staff — your team or brand ambassadors can change game length, difficulty and lives between sessions independently after a briefing from us on setup day. The unit handles starting, scoring and finishing each round automatically; brand ambassadors just need to reset the unit between players if needed. We provide 24-hour telephone support throughout your hire period so help is always available.
Do you deliver outside Dublin?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across Ireland. Regular runs to Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford and Belfast in addition to Dublin city and county. Delivery, setup and collection are quoted separately based on event location and date.
Is the game PAT-tested and insured?
Yes — every unit in our fleet is PAT-tested annually and we hold full Public Liability Insurance. Certificates are available on request and can be sent to your venue or H&S team ahead of the event.
What happens if it breaks down at the event?
We’re on phone support 24 hours during your hire. The vast majority of issues are quickly fixed remotely or with a same-day swap. Equipment reliability is why we maintain our fleet ourselves rather than sub-renting.
What's the lead time for booking?
For unbranded hires we can often accommodate short-notice bookings depending on availability. For branded hires we need a minimum of 2 weeks from artwork supplied to print and fit the wrap.
