Carnival Games Package 4

Delivery/Pickup
There are Games that are not possible for the client to transport or games we don't allow clients to pick up. These are games that are easily damaged if transported without experience in securing loads/assembly/disassembly of those games. Eg. Carnival booths Arcade games, Pool, Foosball, Air Hockey, Table Tennis
Assembly
Some games require 2 staff to assemble. Some only require 1 staff member to assemble.
Setup Time
All games will have a guideline assembly time. This time is based on how long the game will take to assemble once we have the equipment where it is going to be assembled.
Delivery Cost
This is a calculation based on the distance from our warehouse to the event location. This generally means 2x trips to the setup location, one for delivery and one for collection. Tolls are another factor to be included but probably not possible to calculate.
Staff Time
Staff time is calculated from when they leave the warehouse to when they get back.
Scenario A: Small games, only requires 1x staff member. 30 min drive from warehouse to event location(2hrs total driving).
Setup & Collection 1hr to assemble and disassemble the games.
Scenario B: Large arcade games, requires 2x staff members. 30 min drive from warehouse to event location(2hrs total driving).
