Our Batak Lite Hire ⚡ delivers fast-paced LED reaction gameplay in a compact, premium-finished frame — purpose-built for exhibition stands, corporate events, brand activations, sports and fan-zone activations and high-footfall retail environments across Dublin and Ireland. Batak is a genuine reaction-training system used by athletes to sharpen reflexes, so it performs just as well at a sports activation or fan zone as it does on an exhibition stand. The starting point — unbranded Batak Lite
The standard unit comes with a clean polished stainless steel frame and a plain black playing surface — pictured here. Any of the branding options below add visible brand presence to this base unit at a fixed price.
All branding is produced entirely in-house by Entertainment Solutions. Your design team supplies artwork using our keyline template and we print, fit and remove it post-event with no lasting marks on the unit. Lead time is 2 weeks from artwork supplied. You can see Batak Lite units we have already branded in our branded work archive. For brands wanting a complete activation, we can also provide brand ambassador staffing, on-site event management, backdrops, tension fabric displays, floor decals and bespoke activation structures — one supplier, full activation delivered. Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.
Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

A single player faces 8 LED reaction targets arranged on a polished stainless steel frame. When a round starts, the LEDs illuminate one at a time in a random sequence and the player must hit each lit target before the next one appears. The 30-second exhibition mode is the standard setting for events — it gives every player a fixed-length round with a clear score at the end, ideal for leaderboard tracking and rapid player turnover.
How long does each game last?
30 seconds per round in standard exhibition mode. That fast turnover is what makes Batak Lite effective at busy events — more players through the game, more competition, and a constantly refreshed queue of people waiting for their turn.
How many guests can play per hour?
On standard exhibition settings with rapid player rotation, Batak Lite can comfortably accommodate 60 plays per hour. For exhibition stands or activations running all day, that means the vast majority of your guests can get a go without bottlenecks forming around the unit. The Head-to-Head Package doubles that — two machines side by side clear roughly 120 plays per hour between them.

Can the rear panel be branded on both sides?
Yes. Standard Rear Branded Panel branding is single-sided at €395 +VAT — full-colour branding on the face seen during gameplay, which suits most stand layouts. A double-sided Rear Branded Panel branded front and back is €595 +VAT. It’s not something most events need, but it’s worth it when the back of the game is visible to guests — for example when the game sits in an open space with people passing on all sides, rather than against a wall. What is the Custom Playfield Build?
The standout option for brands looking for something genuinely distinctive. We replace the entire playfield — the surface the game is played on — with a custom-cut panel CNC-routed to any single solid shape your design team supplies. Past projects include giant logos, coffee beans, shoes, drinks bottles and product silhouettes. The buttons mount through the custom shape with the LEDs visible through your branded form. Can the button surrounds be a custom shape?

No — these are mutually exclusive options. You pick either the Rear Branded Panel or the Custom Playfield Build. Branded button surrounds can be added to either, and are included as standard in the Custom Playfield Build.
What artwork do you need from us?
We provide a keyline template for your design team to work to. They supply final artwork as a print-ready file and we handle everything from there — printing, fitting on-site, and removing post-event with no lasting marks on the unit. For Custom Playfield Builds we also need the cut-line shape supplied as vector. If you’d prefer our designer to create the artwork for you, that’s available as a €195 +VAT add-on.
What is the lead time for a branded Batak Lite?
2 weeks from artwork supplied. For Custom Playfield Builds we recommend 3 weeks where possible since the routing work adds production time. Custom-shape button surrounds also add one week — allow 3 weeks from artwork supplied. We can sometimes work on a shorter lead time depending on our production schedule — call us on 01 5166 550 to check.

How much space does Batak Lite need?
The unit itself measures 1.15m × 0.95m. Plan for that plus approximately 1m of player clearance in front, so total operational footprint is around 2.15m × 0.95m. The compact size makes Batak Lite particularly well-suited to tight exhibition stand allocations, hotel event spaces, conference breakouts and retail activations where larger format games won’t fit. The Head-to-Head Package needs roughly double that to run both machines side by side.
What are the power requirements?
A standard 3-pin (13A) socket within 5 metres of the setup area. The unit accepts 230V AC mains.
How long does setup take?
Approximately 5 minutes. Batak Lite weighs under 30kg, is fully portable, and powers up from a single mains socket. Once we’re on-site with good access, we have it positioned, powered up and tested in around five minutes. Flag any stairs, lifts or long carry distances in advance.
Can Batak Lite be used outdoors?
Indoor use, or covered outdoor in a fully enclosed commercial marquee only. The marquee must be dry, level and fully weather-protected — the unit is not weatherproof and the LED targets become difficult to see in direct sunlight. It is not suitable for open-air setups or pop-up gazebos. For exposed outdoor activations, contact us on 01 5166 550 and we can recommend suitable alternatives.
Can our brand ambassadors operate the game themselves?
Yes. Batak Lite is straightforward to operate and your own team or brand ambassadors can run it independently after a briefing from us on setup day. We provide 24-hour telephone support throughout your hire period so help is always available if needed.
