Auto-Scoring Darts Hire for Corporate Events & Exhibitions

Our Auto-Scoring Darts Hire 🎯 puts a real dartboard, real darts and a live scoreboard in front of your guests — and a camera-based scoring system keeps the score for them. Every throw is read automatically and the result lands on the TV screen, so the game moves at the speed of the players. It is built for exhibition stands, corporate events, team-building days, fan zones and staff events across Dublin and Ireland.

Everybody knows how to play darts, which is exactly why it works as a crowd-puller: there is nothing to explain, so guests walk up and join in. The unit runs 01 (301/501), Cricket, Count-up and a selection of fun games, with space for up to 6 players. It arrives as a complete set with a custom powder-coated frame, TV screen, speakers and amp, perspex screen protection, darts and a throw mat, and it needs just one standard 13amp socket. Custom branded panels and floor decals are available as an optional paid add-on. Also known as digital darts, a smart dartboard or an auto-scoring dartboard — same product, different names.

Looking for a classic freestanding board for your event? Our Dart Board Hire (Free Standing) offers a traditional or electronic board on its own stand. For a full line-up, pair the darts with other games from our interactive games range.

📅 Hire Rates 1–7 Days

Multi-day discount applies automatically — the longer the hire, the lower the per-day rate. Pricing below is per unit, for Auto-Scoring Darts on its own (Game Hire only). Hiring both units? Two units are €1,595 for a 1-day hire — see Pricing at a Glance below. Delivery, setup and collection quoted separately — call 01 5166 550.

🎨 Branding & Activation Options

The Auto-Scoring Darts towers take a full custom wrap across the front and side panels, plus printed floor decals, so the game can arrive looking like your activation. All branding is designed and printed in-house. The designs below are concept artwork showing what a wrap can look like.

Branding Add-Ons — Fixed Prices

Branding is an optional paid add-on. Prices below are in addition to the game hire fee — choose the full custom wrap, floor decals, or both.

Ready to book, or want it tailored to your event?

⭐ Complete Activation Package — Game & Branding

Hire the game with a full custom wrap in one fixed price and save €95 against hiring them separately. Running both units? Two units, both fully wrapped, are €2,595. If you want a branded darts activation from one supplier, start here.

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Collection — Quoted Per Event

Delivery isn't a flat fee, and that's deliberate. A fixed price would mean simple local jobs subsidising the complex ones — quoting per event means you only pay for what your event actually needs.

Every booking includes two journeys — we deliver and install before your event, then return to collect and de-rig afterwards. Where the venue allows, we deliver the day before and collect the day after at no extra charge, so your kit is set up and tested well ahead of doors.

What shapes your quote

Most Dublin deliveries fall between €300 and €350 +VAT, covering both the install and the post-event collection. Simpler central, daytime jobs can be less; nationwide is quoted by distance.

Whatever your event needs, you'll get one firm figure before you book — delivery, professional install, testing and collection in a single all-in number, shown as a clear line on your quote. No separate setup charge, no day-of surprises.

Highly recommend Entertainment Solutions! They looked after everything - set up, delivery and dismantling. We exhibit at so many events across the year and this was the first time to do an engagement tactic (Mega Buzzer). It paid off - we had the busiest engagement at our stand and generated many leads! Shout out to Laura who was super to deal with and who made the whole experience seamless. Will certainly hire from them again for future events.

We hired a Test Your Strength game from Entertainment Solutions for our stand at BEPEX Dublin and it was a brilliant addition to the event. The game proved really popular throughout the day and was a great way to get people stopping at the stand and getting involved. Everything ran smoothly and the team at Entertainment Solutions were easy to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to add something fun and interactive to an exhibition or event.

I have used Entertainment Solutions for two client activations now. Both were exceptionally well received and provided high engagement with event attendees. From start to finish, Laura and her team were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. They took their time on site to explain how the machines worked, and made sure we were set up for success. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended! We were attending a big conference in Dublin and wanted to make sure our stand stood out - so we booked the basketball arcade. The team showed up on time, setup was quick, and everything was sorted. However, before we could get the game going, the venue decided that the basketballs were "too risky" and posed a health hazard. Without hesitating, the brilliant team huddled and came up with an amazing solution (Batak Lite Game), confirmed with venue management, and had it delivered and installed the very next morning. Needless to say, our stand was a huge hit, everyone LOVED the game, and the experience was top-notch. We could not have done it without the Entertainment Solutions team - kudos and thank you!

Was organizing an event in Dublin , found the details for Entertainment Solutions online and reached out to them . Got an absolute professional online , Laura , she was simply awesome , very professional, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. She understood exactly what i wanted and was very quick to turn around things .Laura knew I was based in Sydney and provided extra attention because of this, which made it very comfortable to work with them . The team understood exactly what we needed as a company and delivered everything on time with great attention to detail. The lighting they created added so much energy and excitement to the event. It really helped bring the whole atmosphere to life, and our guests were very impressed. Overall, Entertainment Solutions were reliable, creative, and a pleasure to partner with. Fantastic experience! Contacted ES for suggestions on engaging games for an exec travel industry group coming to Dublin. Laura responded quickly with top suggestions and options on branding. The communication was prompt and professional. They delivered on time and demonstrated the game. Best yet, was that the attendees loved it! We used Whack a Mole and had attendees lined up to play. The game is entertaining, energetic and each round only lasts 30 seconds. Perfect for large groups. I highly recommend this team and game. Thank you Laura and team!

We used the services of Entertainment Solutions recently at the Kildare Inclusivity Festival. I would highly recommend them as an asset for your corporate or community event. A very professional team that were easy to work with, dependable, and adaptable to meet our exact needs. The games they provided proved to be a huge attraction for festival goers, that popular it was the last section of the festival to close on the day so we look forward to working with them again.
