Booking Questions
Arcade hire, answered
How much does it cost to hire an arcade machine in Ireland?
Retro arcade cabinets start at €300 +VAT for a day's hire, with multi-day rates falling to around €128 per day on 4–7 day hires. Bigger machines like the arcade boxing machine start at €595 +VAT. Every quote is priced per event — tell us the date and location and you'll have a full quote, with delivery quoted separately for your venue.
Do you deliver arcade machines nationwide?
Yes — we deliver, set up and collect across Dublin and all of Ireland. Delivery, setup and collection are quoted separately based on your event location and date.
Can we hire machines for a multi-day exhibition or conference?
Yes — there's no minimum or maximum hire period. Multi-day pricing discounts automatically (day one at the full rate, additional days lower), and 24-hour telephone support runs for the whole hire.
Can the machines be branded with our logo or campaign artwork?
Most machines accept partial branding or a full custom wrap — designed, printed, fitted and removed entirely in-house. Allow two weeks from supplying artwork; we provide a keyline template for your designer.
How much space and power do we need?
A classic upright needs roughly 60cm × 60cm of floor and a standard 13-amp socket. Larger machines list exact footprints and requirements on their product pages — and our team confirms access, lifts and doorways before delivery day.
Do you sell arcade machines as well as hiring them?
Yes — refurbished ex-fleet machines are available to buy from €1,595. See the arcade machines for sale page for what's currently available.
