Games and Brand Activations for Event Agencies

We Never Go Direct.

Most of our work arrives through agencies building an event around our kit. So we’ve built the business around that: published prices you can mark up, specs and artwork templates that drop straight into a client deck, and a standing rule that your client is your client. We’ve been doing it since 2009 and we’ve never once gone round an agency.

The bit that matters · 01

Your client stays your client

The reason most suppliers make agencies nervous is obvious enough: you introduce them to a brand, they quote that brand direct next year, and you’ve trained your own replacement.

We don’t work that way and never have. If a booking comes through you, every conversation, every quote and every renewal goes through you. If the end client contacts us directly off the back of your event, we tell them to speak to you.

That isn’t a favour. Agencies are where our best work comes from, and the ones who trust us send us the next one.

The Agency RuleIf the job came through you, we never approach your client. Not this year, not next year.

Branded, built and delivered in-house

Artwork is designed, printed and fitted by our own team in Dublin — not sent to an outside agency and not drop-shipped. That means you get proofs before print, a two-week lead time from artwork supplied, and one person to ring if the client changes the logo on the Thursday.

Google, Pepsi Max, Salesforce, TikTok, adidas, Currys, Sky, JD Sports, Paddy Power, Virgin Media, Hoka and Leapmotor are all recent builds. Around 90% of the brands we build for reach us through an agency — which is the plainest evidence we can offer that the rule above is real rather than marketing. See the full branding range →

Not just single days · 03

Residencies, Pop-Ups and Long Hires

Plenty of our kit goes out for weeks or months at a time — retail pop-ups, summer-long brand residencies, office game rooms, experience spaces. Multi-day rates drop automatically, and for multi-week and multi-month hires we price it properly rather than multiplying a day rate.

If a brief calls for equipment on site for longer than an event weekend, ask. It’s some of our favourite work and we don’t advertise it loudly enough.

What working with us looks like

1. Send the brief. Headcount, venue, date, budget and what the client is trying to achieve. Rough is fine — we’d rather see the brief than a shopping list.

2. We come back with options and prices. Usually within the working hour. Published rates, so you know exactly what your margin is before you present — and once a booking reaches a certain size we’ll tell you what comes with it, whether that’s the branding covered, an extra game, or extra days on the hire.

3. You present it as yours. Take our photography, specs and dimensions straight into your deck. Ask and we’ll mock up the games in the client’s branding so the pitch shows the real thing.

4. We handle your venue. €6.5m public liability, annually PAT-tested and certified equipment, and risk assessments and method statements sent straight to the venue on request. You shouldn’t have to chase a supplier for paperwork the week of the event.

5. We deliver, set up, test and collect. Our own crew, our own vans, out of our own warehouse in Dublin 15. Nothing subcontracted, so nobody turns up in a van with your client’s logo on it who has never seen the kit before.

Agency questions we get asked

No. If the job came through you, it stays through you — including renewals and repeat bookings. If they contact us, we point them back to you.
No, and that’s deliberate. What’s on the product pages is what we charge, so you can see your margin before you even ring us and build it in however you like — no haggling, no rate card to negotiate. Where we do move is on value rather than price. Once a booking reaches a certain size we’ll cover the branding, add an extra game, or give you extra days on the hire — sometimes all three. Tell us the budget with the brief and we’ll tell you exactly what that booking unlocks.
On site, we’re your supplier, not a competing brand. If you’d prefer no visible branding on the crew or the kit, say so at booking and we’ll sort it.
Yes, in-house. Two-week lead time from artwork supplied, and we can produce mock-ups for your pitch before anything is committed.
Usually inside the working hour. We know you’re often assembling a proposal against a deadline.
Normal, and expected. Numbers change, rooms change, clients change their minds. Tell us as early as you can and we’ll work it out.
