What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery fee’s are based on where your event is taking place, how many staff we need for delivery and the times we need to deliver and collect the equipment at. Please provide these details when getting in touch so we can get you over a quotation without needing to ask for any additional details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Once a order is confirmed we issue an invoice to confirm the booking details, along with a payment link. The payment link can accept any credit or debit card, AMEX carries an additional charge of 3.2%.We can also accept payment by bank transfer.

How long will delivery take?

All products listed for sale the website are kept in stock unless stated otherwise. These products can all be delivered on a next day service.All hire product availability is live and up to date, this can be checked on each product page. Same day/next day delivery can be arranged for hire products.

What warranty is provided on the products you sell?

Any new products we sell that are we manufacture in-house come with a 3 year warranty as standard.Secondhand games that we have manufactured in-house also come with a 2 year warranty as standard.Older arcade games that we have not manufactured in-house come with a 3 month warranty unless otherwise stated. These games can be up to 20 years old, so offering an extended warranty isn’t possible.We can offer service contracts for any games we sell, please get in touch if this is something you would be interested in.

What exactly happens after ordering?

If purchasing a product we will be in touch to arrange delivery details.If booking a rental product we reserve the products selected for your event date. Our team will then touch base a week or two beforehand to confirm all the details.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely, once an order is confirmed we will email an invoice confirming the order details.
