A guest steps into the booth. A high-powered fan fills it with swirling notes, vouchers or foam balls. They have thirty seconds to grab everything they can. It stops people mid-stride at a busy exhibition, and it is the reason a cash cube pulls a queue when the stand next door does not.

What Players Grab

As standard the booth is supplied with 100 foam balls in a choice of eight colours, included in the hire. It can also be run with branded tokens or prize vouchers, and some clients have used real cash for high-impact activations. If you want to run something other than the standard foam balls, tell us when booking so we can advise on setup.

Why It Works on a Stand

Rounds are a fixed thirty seconds, so the booth turns over roughly sixty players an hour. That is sixty conversations, sixty data-capture opportunities, and a queue that is visible from across the hall. Because the panels carry your artwork, every one of those thirty-second rounds is spent inside your brand.

Hire Rates

Hire of the booth on its own starts at €895 +VAT for a one-day hire. Full custom branding across every panel is €795 +VAT, or individual panels can be branded from €125 +VAT each. Artwork design is available in-house at €195 +VAT if you need it.

Delivery, setup and collection are quoted separately for every event, based on your venue and dates.

Branding

The top hat, door, front and fan box panels can all carry your artwork. Design and print are handled in-house, so the artwork and the booth arrive together and the colours are checked against the panels before anything goes to print.

❓ Cash Cube Hire — Common Questions

Is a cash cube the same thing as a money booth?

Yes. Cash cube, money booth, cash grabber and grab-a-grand are all trade names for the same fan-powered grab booth. Different suppliers picked different names and they stuck.

Can we put real money in it?

Some clients have, for high-impact activations. More often it is run with branded tokens or prize vouchers that players redeem at the stand, which gives you the same scramble without loose cash on the floor. Foam balls are the standard fill and are included.

How much space does it need?

The booth occupies 130cm × 130cm and stands 200cm tall. Allow a little clear space around the door for players entering and leaving, and for whoever is counting at the scoretube.

What power does it need?

A standard 13A socket. The fan draws 1300W, so it runs from normal venue power without a special supply.

Do you hire cash cubes outside Dublin?

Yes, we deliver across Ireland. Delivery, setup and collection are quoted per event based on the venue and your dates.

How far in advance should we book?

For an unbranded hire, as soon as your dates are fixed. If you want branded panels, allow extra time for artwork approval and print — talk to us early and we will work back from your event date.
